4. Quote & payment: As soon as we have your order confirmation we reply with the exact fee and a payment link, or you can visit our office in Santa Venera to pay in cash.

Charges: 20% of your order value (before any discounts), or €140 per cubic metre of goods if that is higher, subject to a minimum fee of €250 per pickup. The volume is estimated from the sizes printed on your order confirmation, so large but inexpensive items (sofas, beds, wardrobes, bedroom sets) are usually priced on volume, while kitchens, appliances and smaller items normally stay on the 20%. The quote is final once we have your invoice. This charge includes transportation of your order to our warehouse in Mqabba, Malta.

You can collect your items from our Mqabba warehouse free of charge, or opt for our ground-floor home delivery service at €35 per cubic metre (you need to organise any lifter service and council permits yourself).

Please be aware that the delivery charge applies per delivery. If your order is split into multiple shipments, a separate delivery fee will be required for each.

5. Order Collection: We have weekly trucks for collection, but please note that our Mondo Convenienza collection service depends on Mondo Convenienza’s timeline. Once Mondo Convenienza emails you a pick-up date, it does not guarantee that we will collect the order on that day. They will provide Maltashopper with a separate collection date.

Your order will only be collected once it has completely arrived at the Mondo Convenienza warehouse in Catania.

6. Transportation to Malta & Delivery Scheduling: After we collect your order from Mondo Convenienza, it will be transported to our warehouse in Mqabba, Malta. Once the order has arrived, we will contact you to schedule a pickup or arrange delivery.

Please note that local home delivery is optional and available for an additional charge. You may collect your order directly from our Mqabba Warehouse, or if you prefer home delivery, we can arrange it for you at an extra cost.
